MEET OUR TEAM

Steve BouchardOwner

Steve co-founded WD Door (previously Wayne Dalton of Central Iowa) with Jeff Myers in May of 2003. He has 20+ years of experience in the overhead door business and started as an installer at the age of 23. Steve’s client focus is residential builders and commercial industry in the Des Moines metro area. He continuously keeps up to date on the constant change of the overhead door and operator industry. He takes great pride in his work and strives to keep WD Door’s products on the forefront. Born and raised in the Des Moines area, he has a deep rooted sense of community involvement. He serves as an associate board member at the Altoona Campus. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golf, and running. Steve is married to Stacey and has four beautiful children.

Jeff MyersOwner

Jeff co-founded WD Door (previously Wayne Dalton of Central Iowa) with Steve Bouchard in May of 2003. He has 20+ years of experience in the overhead door business and started as an installer at the age of 22. Jeff currently sits on the Wayne Dalton Dealer Advisory Council. He remains on the forefront of products and services for not only WD Door’s customers but also other dealers throughout the country. Jeff’s expertise lies in the commercial side of the business, extending to much of the state of Iowa, but also takes care of a few important local residential clients. His deeply ingrained work ethic shows in his daily routine at the office as well as in his community. In his free time, Jeff enjoys the outdoors, fishing and hunting, and spending time with friends and family. He was born and raised near Des Moines, is married to Amber and has two handsome sons.

Jonathan WeaverController

Jonathan Weaver takes care of many of the main office functions, such as invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, human resources, insurance and benefits, company financials, and ensuring operations run as smoothly as possible. He’s been with WD Door since 2011 with a background in finance.

Brad WharffCommercial Sales, Service & Quality Control

Brad Wharff started out with WD Door in 2005 as a commercial installer. He was promoted in 2012 to be the liaison between our office staff and the technicians and installers. He ensures quality control on job sites, as well as proper communication between the WD Door team and our customers. Having worked in the field, Brad shows great leadership with the technician crew, knowing how important safety, attention to detail, and follow-up is with our valued clients. Brad’s expertise and background in the commercial overhead door industry allows him to have a great working relationship with his customers. Away from work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, Tina, watching their three children play sports, golf, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.

Ryan SpoonerSales

Ryan has worked at WD Door for more than a decade, starting first as a residential installer, where he earned a reputation as a guy who could do anything. He then transitioned to our residential sales team in 2015. Ryan’s wealth of experience with high-end clients and specialty installations make him an ideal partner for our retail customers who have situations that require more planning and knowledge. When Ryan is away from work, he likes to get out and see what life has to offer with his wife, Penny, and his 2 children, Makayla and Emma.

Mike SheeksCommercial Sales & Estimating

Mike has 28 years in the overhead door business and has been a part of our WD Door team since 2007. While being a wealth of knowledge in the overhead door business in general, he specializes in commercial doors, operators, and parts. He handles a majority of WD Door’s commercial contracts and government bids and works closely with local and out-of-town clients. Mike is a very loyal, committed, and hardworking member of our team. He enjoys staying involved in his community as well as spending time with his wife, Susan, their family and new grandson.

Marge BrownParts And Purchasing

Marge joined the WD team in 2006 after spending 20 years in retail management. Marge works with both sales staff and technicians to ensure that doors, operators, and parts are ordered in a timely fashion. During her spare time, you can find Marge in her kitchen baking and decorating cakes along with kayaking, gardening, and babysitting grandkids. She enjoys spending time with her loving husband of 27 years, her daughter and son, two grandchildren, and extended family and friends.

Jenny PowersCustomer Service

Jenny joined the WD Door team in 2016. Jenny processes service calls and orders to support the sales staff along with other daily functions that help the office run smoothly. Her interests outside of work include spending time with her family and church, eating sushi, and doing art projects.

Tonya WilliamsCustomer Service

Tonya became a part of the WD Door team in 2015. Her background is in accounting and billing. She takes care of our customers on the phone and in person and helps to make sure the office is running smoothly. In her spare time, Tonya enjoys her grandkids, camping, swimming, and watching sports.

Zach LittleSales

Zach has been a part of the sales team with WD Door since 2017. He graduated from Grand View University in 2015. While in college, he spent two years doing residential installations and service work. His main focus is homebuilders and retail customers in the Des Moines Area. When he is away from work, he enjoys spending time at the lake with his family and friends. Zach lives in Altoona with his wife, Katie, and their son, Luke.
