Too often customer feedback is to complain, so I thought I would drop you a note to help balance that out. I had a little garage door trouble a few weeks back and had WD door come out to service it, hoping it was just a minor repair. Turns out it was time for a new opener. Quick, honest consultation on what would be the best value and fit for my door and it was installed a week later while I was at work. Works like a champ, smooth and quiet as promised. The installer cleaned up after himself (that hasn’t always happened with other companies). It’s safe to say that WD door is getting my business and that of anyone that asks me for a recommendation for a new door or any repair.
I had an issue with my door opener and when I called their office, two of the employees in the office went above and beyond giving me information to help me repair the problem myself. I was able to fix the opener saving a service call. This is an outstanding company with outstanding employees. As a very value conscious person, I would highly recommend their products and service to anyone.
