Delden Garage Doors is pleased to announce our merger with WD Door, an employee-owned affiliate of Kinzler Corporation. As you may already know, WD Door is an overhead door company which has been operating in central Iowa for 20 years. Based in Ankeny, the company also serves eastern Iowa with a location in Cedar Rapids.
This merger further strengthens our ability to serve residential and commercial builders and homeowners across the state of Iowa and beyond. Too often customer feedback is to complain, so I thought I would drop you a note to help balance that out. I had a little garage door trouble a few weeks back and had WD door come out to service it, hoping it was just a minor repair. Turns out it was time for a new opener. Quick, honest consultation on what would be the best value and fit for my door and it was installed a week later while I was at work. Works like a champ, smooth and quiet as promised. The installer cleaned up after himself (that hasn’t always happened with other companies). It’s safe to say that WD door is getting my business and that of anyone that asks me for a recommendation for a new door or any repair.
I have been a customer of WD Door in Ankeny, Ia. for over 15 years. Their products and service are outstanding. My latest experience with them was January 8th and 9th, 2015. I had an issue with my door opener and when I called their office, two of the employees in the office(Tieryn and Allison) went above and beyond giving me information to help me repair the problem myself. I was able to fix the opener saving a service call. This is an outstanding company with outstanding employees such as these two. As a very value conscious person, I would highly recommend their products and service to anyone.
